ᐅ Installing Brick Veneer Later – Delivery Time?

We have a problem: our shell structure is completed up to the intermediate ceiling. Unfortunately, the brick facing we selected was not delivered, and it now needs to be replaced. This will naturally result in a new delivery time.

My question is, can construction continue without the brick facing? For example, further structural work, window installation, interior work, etc.?

not quite! You can finish roofing, complete the rough-in plumbing, heating, and electrical work inside, and then that’s it. Without cladding, there are no windows; without windows, there is no interior finishing.

How long is the delivery time supposed to be?
And why? Does it need to be manufactured first, or does the carrier only run every three weeks?
If it’s the latter, the supplier should pay for an expedited shipment through the carrier.
