Good morning,
We have a problem: our shell structure is completed up to the intermediate ceiling. Unfortunately, the brick facing we selected was not delivered, and it now needs to be replaced. This will naturally result in a new delivery time.
My question is, can construction continue without the brick facing? For example, further structural work, window installation, interior work, etc.?
Best regards

Hello,
not quite! You can install the roof covering and complete the rough-in for heating/plumbing and electrical inside, then it’s also done. Without the exterior cladding, no windows; without windows, no interior finishing.
Best regards 100%, nothing to add
How long is the delivery time supposed to be?
And why? Does it need to be manufactured first, or does the carrier only run every three weeks?
If it’s the latter, the supplier should pay for an expedited shipment through the carrier.
