Hello fellow home builders,
we have started constructing a single-family house. The approved building permit / planning permission includes a gas heating system, which we still want to install.
There are two possible scenarios:
1. What happens if the heating system is installed in October 2023, but the house is only inspected and approved in February 2024?
2. What happens if the heating system is installed in January 2024, and the house is inspected and approved in May 2024?
Both options are difficult to plan for. So far, we do not know whether the construction schedule might be delayed.
I haven't found any information on this. Do you have any further details?
Regards,

If you look closely at how it works and how it’s supposed to work, you understand that the immune system is stimulated by it… more for some, less for others… and then when RSV comes along, the body has nothing left to fight back with.Oh really. Are you a medical professional? Otherwise, you probably don’t have the background to study something like this "intensely."
It’s like a friend telling me that you shouldn’t ventilate when it’s 0°C (32°F) and 100% humidity outside because the air outside is supposedly more humid than inside at 25°C (77°F) and 80%.
Unfortunately, you often end up discussing such things with "experts" like that...

Unfortunately, you often end up debating with such “specialists”… No, but you?
Well, I take it easy. The witch burners were also convinced they were right. Everyone here seems to be an expert on everything. Yet most can’t even correctly read the documents from the PEI. Everyone believes whatever they want to believe.

The discussion is pointless. There is a small group of people who base their opinions on sources that are demonstrably false, probably to feel "elitist" or to stand apart from the mainstream. This is how conspiracy theories have always worked, and there is (interesting) research and documentaries on this topic.
We live in a world where virtually all accumulated human knowledge is just a click away. Yet, in this time, groups emerge claiming the Earth is flat—and genuinely believe it. If someone wants to believe nonsense just to be different, unfortunately, factual arguments won’t change that. They do exist, but only very few believe in reptilians and such. There is also a group that only trusts what is reported in public broadcasting. Neither group is truly interested in facts, but rather in their own agendas.
However, anyone who considers "the world" to be an unreliable source is probably difficult to "reach" again and prefers to go through life with their eyes closed 🙂.

But if someone considers "die Welt" an unreliable source, they are probably hard to reach again and prefer to go through life with their eyes closed 🙂.Yeah, Springer press is highly reputable. You can tell from Mr. Döpfner, Mr. Reichelt, and all the other characters who publish articles with personal opinions without clearly labeling them as such.
During the first half of the pandemic, I found Tim Röhn somewhat worth reading as he still tried to seek facts amid all the nonsense. Then he moved to Die Welt and well… unfortunately, not much of that effort remained.
What I find notable about Die Welt’s online presence is the linking of articles with authors’ faces. I’ve only seen that on Fox News before.

In the first half of the pandemic, I still found Tim Röhn somewhat readable, as he at least tried to look for facts amidst all the madness. Then he moved to Welt, and well… not much of that remains.
What I find remarkable about Welt’s online presence is the connection of articles with the faces of the authors. I’ve only seen that with Fox News. The easiest way for me to expose their level of credibility is when I watch the news videos that are always suggested to me on YouTube. Sensational headlines and clickbait—I think it smells so strongly like Bild that it’s not comparable to the truly reputable newspapers in Germany. Sure, there are different qualities even there, some more left-leaning, some more right-leaning, others more centrist. But Welt is just outright trash, and they don’t even try to hide it.

Bookstar8730 Apr 2023 20:10Name another newspaper that has exposed COVID scams besides Die Welt? I'm curious. Okay, there are a few smaller ones like Berliner Zeitung, Cicero, Servus TV, or maybe NZZ. But otherwise? Public broadcasters completely failed, Spiegel and Süddeutsche obviously too, and t-online is just a pure smear sheet. FAZ was very weak. No idea what you mean by quality newspaper? I don't think there's much to expect there.
Much, much later, MDR, WDR, and SWR joined in. But by then, for many, it was already too late...
