Hello, we have a table tennis table and would like to play on the lawn. However, the grass suffers a lot if you play for a longer time. Are there any ways to protect the lawn? Would grass grids help, so that you don’t step directly on the grass all the time, or how have you solved this problem?

I think it’s possible to twist an ankle there. The surface of the grid and the grass/soil is unlikely to be at the same level or equally firm.

It’s best to enroll the kids directly in the table tennis club and have them get a good racket.

The driveway works too, but I would have to move the cars out first, which is a bit of a hassle.
There’s the solution. The lawn is protected simply by moving a few cars around. It doesn’t get any easier than that – as if temporary grass pavers would require less effort...
