have you checked whether the sliding hinge of the new appliances is different from RESONLIG, or was that just something a call center employee said? In that case, I would be cautious and recommend seeing it in the furniture store.

Hello, I had the same problem: RESONLIG was not installed in my machine. I called customer service. They found out that it is the installation kit 156171400/5, which needs to be ordered from Electrolux’s spare parts warehouse, and they also left an expensive bill of over 100 euros.
I then contacted Electrolux again to explain the situation but haven’t received a response yet; that was yesterday.
Let’s see, but maybe this will help someone!

You should also contact IKEA customer service again about the problem. After all, IKEA sold an appliance with missing parts.
