Hello,
I want to buy a Pax wardrobe that is 3m (10 feet) wide. However, I am still considering whether to choose sliding doors. For a 3m (10 feet) width, there are 2 doors each 1.5m (5 feet) wide. But I find these definitely too wide, as you would just be sliding back and forth constantly.
Therefore, I would prefer to place two separate wardrobes next to each other, each 1.5m (5 feet) wide, which would give 4 doors each 0.75m (30 inches) wide.
My question is: Is it possible to connect the door tracks of the two separate wardrobes so that you can slide the doors across to the other wardrobe? Or do the doors remain limited to their own side?
If it works, I could also use more practical/cheaper 1m (3 feet 3 inches) deep carcasses instead of the 75cm (30 inches) ones.
I hope you understand what I mean...

Thank you.
I took a look at the site yesterday. Cutting notches into the trim should not be a problem. However, the tracks are 1.5 cm (0.6 inches) too short, so the doors would have to jump over a 3 cm (1.2 inches) gap. Alternatively, I might try to get a longer track from a wider sliding door. We’ll see...
