Hello everyone,

I found a kit for my kitchen in the basement. It includes

- Omlopp Power Supply
- Ansluta Remote Control

I connected the Omlopp power supply and lights as usual, and they work fine. Now I’m unsure how to integrate the remote control into the system or if I’m missing something.

Here are some pictures

White LED power supply with label, cable lying nearby.

White round base with small center, on top a white rectangular power supply box with cables.

In picture 1, the remote control and a receiver that doesn’t have a cable. Picture 2 shows the power supply with a button that can be pressed—I think it’s for calibrating the receiver. But how do I get everything to work?

Thanks a lot for your help

When I bought it, I was told to get the bigger model with wireless. Apparently, there is also one without. So it should actually work.

There was no cable included with the box. It only has that single power connection, which I don’t quite understand. Even if it is meant to be connected in between, there should still be an input and an output.

I also have this manual here. When I connect the box to power, I can pair the remote control with it. But that doesn’t really help me.

Image 2 of the instructions shows that to pair the device, you need to press a small button on the remote control, which is no longer available on the newer remote controls.

Does the pairing work with the box?

Because the new remote controls have two switches. For dimming.
I can pair the remote with the small box, as the remote and the box came together in one package.
But supposedly it should also work without the box, directly with the main strip. Which also makes sense.

This is probably the old version without dimming.
Oh man, this is complicated.
