I am in a difficult situation because I accidentally broke a part of the Faktum RATIONELL drawer. It wasn’t due to much force, but apparently I opened it a bit too much from the side. In any case, the right connector piece has broken off, and since I don’t know what to call it, it’s also hard for me to search for a replacement. Does anyone know if I can somehow get this part replaced?
Thanks and best regards

Now I need to figure out how to get the document number, as we took over the kitchen from the previous tenant.
Thank you again.

If you can still get the purchase documents from the previous tenant, that would generally be beneficial with regard to the 25-year warranty.
