Hello, I have had the drawer refrigerator for three weeks. The lower drawer has a temperature of 1°C (34°F) and the upper one 3.5°C (38°F). It starts cooling again at 6°C (43°F). I set it to level 1. Does anyone have experience with this?
Did I express myself incorrectly? Sorry! In my opinion, the refrigerator is too cold at these temperatures!
You can’t really enjoy drinks like this, and sauces or similar cool the food down immediately. Even “spreadable butter” is hard.
I sent an email to customer service (I can’t call from work), but haven’t received any response.
What do you think, is it too cold? I remember hearing about 7–8°C (45–46°F). What should or can I do in your opinion? I would appreciate some help, since the new kitchen was planned around this appliance because I really wanted it.
Customer service came today! The appointment was arranged super fast! The thermostat is supposed to be replaced! Let’s see.

Hello,

have you tried calling customer service? You can find the phone number in your device documentation. They can tell you whether it’s a settings issue, which I doubt, or if someone will come by to take a look.

I don’t find it too warm either. My Bosch refrigerator is also set to 1.3 degrees Celsius (35°F) on level one...

He is actually saying it is too cold for him, not too warm! Temperatures like that on setting 1 are definitely too cold.

Please call the customer service hotline!

Best regards
