ᐅ Plinth at the refrigerator and countertop above the refrigerator

Hello,
we bought an IKEA kitchen and now face a problem that wasn’t really clear to us before.
Here is the kitchen layout first:

1. Problem: How do I secure the countertop above the refrigerator? Should there always be a small gap between the fridge and the countertop, or can it simply rest on it? I originally thought I would install a side panel next to the fridge, on top of which I would screw the countertop. But I have now noticed that on the right side of the fridge the side panel cannot be screwed on, only glued. I don’t want to do that. It’s unfortunate that we were sold a side panel without any indication of this.
2. Problem: The baseboard at the bottom needs to connect with the refrigerator legs. However, these are different from the Faktum legs, meaning the clips of the baseboard do not fit. Are there special clips for the Frostig refrigerator?
Are there any solutions for these problems, or only DIY workarounds?
I would be grateful for any tips!

Thanks for the tip about the plug connection, I will take a closer look.
Yes, the problem of easy installation of the baseboard to the refrigerator naturally remains. With my planned approach, the baseboard would first need to be attached to the side panel and then carefully slid into place against the refrigerator and the other furniture pieces. That is quite a challenge, as the clips for the other carcass furniture need to fit precisely so that I can simply push the baseboard against them to align everything properly.
By the way: is there supposed to be a gap between the carcass and the baseboard or between the baseboard and the floor, or should it be flush?

The end panel is screwed to the countertop. This is only possible as long as the refrigerator is not placed in the niche.
Once the refrigerator is pushed in, the end panel is somehow attached to the bottom of the refrigerator to keep it stable. Alternatively, you could seal the end panel to the floor with silicone. This would sufficiently prevent lateral movement of the panel from one side.
The toe kick (called just "sockel" in IKEA terms) runs along the entire row. It should be enough if it is clipped only to the cabinets. If not, you can secure it to the end panel with the snaps mentioned above.
Before installing the end panel, I would recommend checking if it needs to be trimmed in width in case the refrigerator door doesn’t open far enough because of the protruding side panel.
Whether the toe kick meets the floor or the cabinet body is irrelevant. The only important thing is the cutout shown in the installation instructions under the refrigerator for ventilation.
