Hochglanz0119 Feb 2015 14:58Hello,
IKEA offers two types of cards: Family or Business membership. Aside from the basic registration requirements, are there any significant advantages that a business customer has compared to an individual customer?
Or could there even be disadvantages?

Doppellunt19 Feb 2015 15:56Hello Hochglanz,
We had both cards at one point, and the difference I noticed was that the business card did not include transport insurance, as IKEA advertises for private customers. However, we have never had to use it.

Lilli_196324 Apr 2015 15:36Hello everyone,
The points system sounds nice and all, BUT: according to the website, it says: "Have you collected more than 2000 REWARDS within 2 years? Then you can redeem your points for, for example, IKEA promotional cards online in the rewards shop."
Well, here lies the problem. Despite extensive searching, I have not been able to find any way on the IKEA website to locate the rewards shop and view the available rewards when I want to redeem promotional cards. Am I just being stupid or blind, or maybe both?
Thanks in advance for any helpful tips.

Are you registered for the business card? The rewards store should be located in the member area...

Lilli_196325 Apr 2015 12:34Hi IKEA friend,
yes. I am registered for the Business Card. After logging in, I can update my profile, print my invoices, etc., but I have so far been unable to find the mentioned rewards shop...
Any ideas?
Best regards,
Lilli
