ᐅ Ikea Avsikt shutter cabinet, looking for replacement parts for the shutters

Hello, this concerns the Avsikt roller shutter cabinet from IKEA. When pulling up the shutter, it no longer rolls around the spiral but instead falls down at the back. The assembly instructions do not mention this issue, and IKEA no longer provides replacement parts for it. Unfortunately, the warranty has already expired. Does anyone have any ideas? I’m really desperate.

The only option is probably to try to repair it. I haven’t seen the parts yet. There is likely a spring in the roller that seems to be broken or detached. You need to identify the exact cause first; only then is it possible to come up with repair ideas. It’s difficult if you don’t know or see the parts.
