Hi,
I am looking for an app, a portal, or something similar where I can view and ideally manage or schedule all the necessary maintenance and related tasks for my house. I could probably gather everything from Google and put it into an Excel sheet or calendar, but maybe someone has a recommendation for a "home manager" app or another approach. Thanks!
Best regards,
Carsten

Another app that requires a user account – immediately deleted again…

Respect for your effort, but this is actually the main reason why people even need such an app nowadays: 150 newsletters, endless advertising, subscriptions, etc. People lose track and then need yet another organization app to get back on top.

I use my common sense, avoid unnecessary registrations, and never feel like I’m losing control. If I do forget something now and then: I’m only human.

I use the iOS app WartungsPlaner, which is specifically designed for this purpose.

You set up all maintenance tasks once—heating system service, chimney sweep, window sealing, roof inspection, whatever is necessary—and enter the intervals (annually, every 2 years, etc.). The app then automatically reminds you in time, so you don’t have to keep track yourself.

What convinced me most:
- Warranty expiration alerts for devices with 90/30/7 day warnings (washing machine, heating system, pumps)
- Cost tracking: how much each maintenance task has cost so far
- PDF export as a report (useful when selling the house)
- Custom categories for anything not predefined
- Fully offline, no cloud, no subscription
