Hi,
I am looking for an app, a portal, or something similar where I can view and ideally manage or schedule all the necessary maintenance and related tasks for my house. I could probably gather everything from Google and put it into an Excel sheet or calendar, but maybe someone has a recommendation for a "home manager" app or another approach. Thanks!
Best regards,
Carsten

I would look towards tools designed for agile software projects or Kanban boards.
For example, there is one called "ClickUp," which I believe is free for personal use on a small scale.
To me, that tool has become too bulky; I use Trello for this kind of thing.
Alternatively, you could go all out and use Jira from Atlassian.

Are you managing an apartment building? Use Trello or Jira (if you need something more advanced).

Thank you for the quick responses.

I use Trello for personal to-dos and projects, while Jira is and should remain work-related.

Of course, I would need to know what the tasks are. To be honest, I’m not 100% sure about that. It’s also partly about having a place or platform in the form of an app where I can basically manage my house. Above all, a selection of the most important tasks related to home maintenance, renovation ideas, property value development, and so on.

Is that understandable?

I use Jira & Confluence. Jira to manage the "hard" deadlines. Confluence as a wiki for collecting ideas, etc.

House == work – so it fits perfectly ;-)

Otherwise, I don’t think you’ll find anything ready-made there – except, of course, for the management tools.

What tasks are you really looking at? Heating maintenance: a recurring appointment with your service company; filter replacement for the ventilation system: a date in the calendar – you either do it yourself or hire a technician again. Taxes: you’re already reminded if you haven’t set up a standing order yourself 😉 Insurance: the same thing.

So, I don’t really see what you want to "automate" there.
