ᐅ What is a reasonable price for quality pleated blinds?

We would like to install pleated blinds on some of our windows for privacy. In total, it concerns about 12 window sashes of various sizes. We have received two quotes for pleated blinds from Büscher. For an average window sash (90 x 110 cm (35 x 43 inches)), the pleated blinds cost around 110 euros plus 15 euros for installation (screwed into the frame) net, so approximately 150 euros gross. Is this the normal market price?

That’s perfectly fine. Of course, you can try an IKEA solution, but it’s less ideal and you will have to assemble it yourself. Karsten

90x110 is not exactly small either.

I wouldn’t cut corners here. You look at it dozens of times every day.

The great thing about 90 by 110 is that IKEA offers this size as a standard. We have these in the bedroom, and they are really okay, just of course not as stylish as custom-made. It depends on your expectations. The Swedish ones work fine as well. Karsten

When our IKEA kitchen was delivered, we received an IKEA pleated blind as a "bonus" among all the boxes. It has since been in use in the guest bathroom and ensured that I had my "peace and quiet" during the weekends spent installing the kitchen. It works well.

I ordered our 26 online. All custom-made in 230x75 cm (91x30 inches) and including the mounting brackets cost about 90 euros each. We are very satisfied with them. The company was called Plissee Experte or something similar. I can look it up if needed.
