ᐅ How is the Ikea Valsund picture mounted?

Hello,

Today I bought the picture "Valsund" at IKEA. After unpacking, I unfortunately noticed that the back of this picture does not have a standard wall hanger that can be hung with a simple nail.

Can someone tell me what kind of hook this is / how to hang it? Do you possibly need an additional wall bracket for this? There is no instruction included with the picture, and the IKEA website does not mention any extra accessories.

(I would call IKEA, but I only have a mobile phone and 0180 numbers are quite expensive)

You can probably hang that with just a nail, so why not.

There are these spikes in it. The nail could probably hold onto them quite well... 😉

Thank you for your reply, but these hooks are quite shallow, so they probably wouldn’t hold very well.

I think I’ll just stop by the nearest hardware store tomorrow to see if I can find something L-shaped to hang the picture on, in case no one knows more precisely.

I always use a screw with a wide head for that; it holds securely.
