In three weeks, we will be moving into our second shared apartment, which needs a new kitchen. Our first one!
We have already chosen the Avsikt glass-front doors, alternating with the Applad orange doors for the wall cabinets. However, there are no drawer cabinets available in the “orange” style, so we need to choose a different front for those. Apart from Applad in white, which option would you choose for that? In your opinion, would “Stat” also work for the base cabinets, meaning all the lower cabinets in that color? …or would high-gloss white be better, although we are a bit unsure about the quality considering the price… Do you have any ideas? Küchenheini18 Oct 2009 20:20Avsikt and Stat do not match at all 😉 They are two different styles. Personally, I think the Abstrakt front is the best. The doors are foil-coated, making them easier to maintain—at least the white ones—and more resistant than the painted Applad front. The most popular choices are Abstrakt white in the white category or Abstrakt white Avsikt, but it all comes down to personal taste.
