Hello,
I wanted to ask if anyone is familiar with the pricing from the company Obuk.
Our construction company mainly uses these doors and has provided us with a catalog. Prices are available upon request.
For example, I am interested in experiences with the Vitano handle (including spy camera in the handle) and what it costs.
Also, the door leaf that covers both sides of the frame.
Not an exact price, just a rough idea of what to expect.
Thanks in advance...

They, like most others, have promotions once a year in winter. At that time, we got our door for 5000 EUR (gross), including a frosted side panel. It features RC2 security and is 230 cm (7 ft 7 in) high, all included.

I saw that with Weru you can use a configurator to customize your door and at the end you get an approximate price.
Has anyone had experience with whether this price is close to the actual cost?
Or should one expect a significant additional charge? Or is the market price even lower?

a. I would assume yes. This is a well-known manufacturer who wouldn’t want to damage their reputation. I suspect a small disclaimer is included for legal reasons, but if no supplier raises prices in the meantime, the calculation should be close to the final price. The configurator isn’t just for show.
b. No, as mentioned above. Price fluctuations may occur for fittings or similar items.
c. No. If a dealer gets a special purchase price, they will also include it in the configurator (at least in the final result). They wouldn’t shoot themselves in the foot by letting their own resellers appear expensive.

A magnetic catch from accessories costs only about 50 € (about $55), so why should the interior door have an additional cost of 1000 € (about $1100)? It can’t just be the flush closing, can it? Would you mind sharing the price of the pictured door including the frame? (excluding installation)

The doors with frames cost between €350-450. Just google "Porta dzwi". Dzwi means doors in Polish.

He said it’s some kind of master craftsmanship door. I didn’t quite understand that. Maybe it’s because the door leaf is solid wood or something like that.
