ᐅ Looking for fasteners for an antique-style Ikea Hemnes loft bed

Claudius_963225 Jan 2010 19:28I have a loft bed "Hemnes antique" that is about 3 years old, and several screws and the plastic clips or are they called dowels 😕 for the slatted frame are missing. Can anyone provide useful information on how to obtain these parts? Please note, the parts are not secured. I would like to assemble the bed for my little one but cannot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

just ask at the customer service desk in your local Ikea. They can look up assembly instructions for models that are no longer available and, if needed, order the corresponding screws, clips, and any other parts you might need, in case they are not currently in stock.

I tried that today. They need an item number because the bed is no longer in the product range.
Only then can they check and order the assembly instructions and the parts.
Who has the number?????????????????????????
