Hello,
Has anyone created a seamless shower area without tiles and can share their experiences?

What materials did you use? Have you experienced mold in the corners?

How awful. And you will still get mold in the corners there. Plus, it’s an immediate eyesore!

Yes, the color with the flakes included is not great.

Basically, you can use any color you like.
I would also avoid adding the flakes.
According to acquaintances, they haven't had any mold after 5 years.

That’s nothing unusual. With proper construction and maintenance, that applies to any shower.

Even after 8 years with grout, I have not had any mold in my walk-in shower with tiles. In my case, the underfloor heating loops run beneath the shower area, so it never stays wet for long after showering.

Yeah, I had something like that back in my student dorm.
The entire bathroom was made as one piece.
It was really easy to keep clean.
But is that what you want in a single-family home?
