Hello

We are planning to get a garden shed and have decided on Keter for this purpose.
Either the Keter Oakland or Artisan model.
How durable are these garden sheds? Does anyone have experience with Keter garden sheds?

@Tigerlily thanks

We would like the Highline the most.
We want to build it directly on the property boundary.
The neighbor opposite has a raised plot.

My concern is that they could then look into the garden house through the window.
I actually don’t want that.

So I will have to go with the Avantgarde, right?

Mirror or frosted glass film or spray can often help with that.

That would be an option.

Or we could choose the Avantgarde instead of the Highline.
It doesn’t have any windows at the back.

😱 Are you doing something illegal or embarrassing in your garden house?

Before choosing a version that is less visually appealing or not quite the right size for you, take a look at the window in person—it’s not very see-through. How high is it? Is your neighbor really that curious?

And if needed, as tolentino suggested, you can cover it with frosted window film.

Another point is that we want to place it directly in the corner of the property.

So, right next to the fence, which makes it harder to clean the windows from the outside later if the house is close to the property boundary.

OK, but a 40mm (1.6 inch) tongue-and-groove wooden garden shed also costs 2000€ or more
What do you expect? At some point, the possibilities for optimization run out, and quality has to be compromised. If you don’t want to spend anything, you’ll only get junk. My neighbor has one of those cheap sheds, and it has caused nothing but trouble. It’s been standing for about 15 months now; during that time, he already had to replace the roofing felt once and repeatedly realign the door because the shed is warping. In some places, you can see right through the walls. In spring, a strong gust of wind lifted and shifted the top part...
