Hello!
The feedback on the last plan led me to completely redesign it. Therefore, I would like to get your opinion on my new design as well.
800m² (8,600 sq ft) plot, to give a better idea I have attached the plot layout from GIS and the sun path calculation
Edge towards the street is 1m (3.3 ft) high, otherwise flat
Buildable area from the street is 3m (10 ft) up to about 20m (66 ft)
2 parking spaces
House is conservative, with a pitched roof, basement, ground floor, and upper floor
Tile stove planned, only roughly indicated in the house plan
The house plan is a “do-it-yourself” version; a professional will revise it once this first draft is ready
Thank you in advance for your feedback!

Hello,
at first glance, a few points stood out to me:
I hope this helps you 🙂
at first glance, a few points stood out to me:
- You have planned a storage room under the stairs on the ground floor, right? But that probably leads to the basement.
- Where will the laundry be done? In the basement? That means you will always have to carry laundry up and down two floors. Edit: I just noticed the laundry chute in the upper floor and basement. However, it is located in a different place on the ground floor :-)
- The same applies to the vacuum cleaner. Will it be stored in the basement? Then you will have to carry it up two floors every time. The same goes for other cleaning and consumable supplies. => Maybe consider adding a small storage space on the upper floor.
- Are there any views planned regarding the windows? I’m not quite sure that works well.
- I find it quite bad that the bathroom has no window.
I hope this helps you 🙂

I generally think that’s a good idea, but the stairs in the basement don’t match the rest at all. Could there have been an error during the upload?Laundry will probably be done in the utility room on the ground floor. The washing machine and dryer are shown there.
What is the basement for at all if all technical equipment and the utility room are on the ground floor?

What is the cellar for if all the technical rooms and utility room are on the ground floor?Where exactly is a utility room on the ground floor? Am I missing something? I've been looking and looking but can't find one.
And why doesn’t the staircase fit in the basement?
@milkie, where do you see the technical/utility room on the ground floor?
@stasch .. is the idea really to sleep on the ground floor at some point? Because the room is only 300 cm (10 feet) wide, which in my opinion is really too narrow for a double bed. Even on the upper floor, it’s only about 330 cm (11 feet), which is just about manageable.
A lot of usable wardrobe space won’t fit into the walk-in closet.
Also, the 2-meter (6 feet 6 inches) line is missing on the upper floor.
