Hello everyone, I have the following designs for our small bathroom and our even smaller guest WC.
Would you arrange the tiled areas in this way purely based on their layout?
For the bathroom, personally, I think there are too many tiles on the walls. Would it be possible to tile only the shower area and the wall behind the toilet, and simply plaster the rest, including the area behind the washbasin?

At home, however, you only have one version, and it usually looks good—that’s what you chose. But the stress you experience during the selection process doesn’t really exist in everyday life.
Only during the selection does the color of the faucet suddenly seem extremely important. In the end, though, a faucet just fades into the background. You enjoy the house and the feeling it gives—sometimes you might choose things differently, but that’s not really important.
If I couldn’t decide, I went with the cheapest option among the alternatives I couldn’t choose between.

Personally, I would emphasize the slim shape and apply a bold wall design throughout to distract from the length and plainness. Gold, green, mirrors, or black… just be daring. If not in the guest bathroom, then where? There are currently such great mosaic tiles… and remember: a tiled backsplash (or patterned wallpaper) connects the elements. Let me explain again: I find the long white wall in the guest bathroom too empty. If it were just one meter (3 feet) of wall, that would be fine. But it is more than that. And I think a bit of color or patterned wallpaper would help connect the two elements on the left and right sides.

What do you think about the black corner trims? Finch039 schrieb:
Black corner trims only work in combination with black fixtures. And to be honest, I would probably choose black fixtures. The combination of white enamel, black accessories, and beige tiles fits as shown. If I were to do something different, I would go for neutral corner trims… fixtures aren’t so expensive that you couldn’t replace them in 10 years, if you even want to.
Does this seem modern to you? Yep
