Some of my fans also became unreachable. Support suggested disconnecting the fans for half an hour, after which they should work again. Unfortunately, that didn’t help me. I had to send the faulty fans in for repair.

Hello, this is caused by a faulty sensor circuit board. The moisture sensor that is no longer reachable drains the power from the board down to the basement, so the Wi-Fi no longer works either. If you have the option, you can disconnect the circuit boards one at a time and then check if the Wi-Fi becomes accessible again. The circuit boards have a broken conductor track because the traces were made clearly too thin. I already have 4 of these units, and 3 of them had the same issue—usually the outer circuit board. It can be repaired with some soldering skills.

Has anyone had experience with the decentralized fans from Inventer?
I’m considering having the ZSA system replaced with one of those.
The iV-Twin+ model basically looks quite interesting, especially regarding the new control logic.

I have had very good experiences with the company Sebastian Prassl in Waldkraiburg. They have almost all spare parts for Vario Vent systems in stock, repair them, and ship them. My VV system was down for almost two years, but thanks to Mr. Prassl, it ventilates like on the first day again! Give it a try there.
