What would bother me much more is having to carry the laundry all through the house and the kitchen. Also, the shower in this bathroom is very questionable. You almost have to step over the toilet.
And the worst thing is the garages located immediately to the left and right. Natural light can only come from the front. Why is that?

I think the house looks crooked because of the staggered windows on the right. The two garages (someone once called them elephant ears here) are not my taste either. I also don’t like the orientation. Instead of the small windows on the south side and the garage on the west, I would have opened up the whole house to the sun despite the inconvenient orientation.

Otherwise, the floor plan is pretty standard. The door to the utility room would bother me as well.

And sorry: I’m missing the north arrow in the drawings, I might have rotated it towards the south or something.

The house, with the garages, almost has the character of a townhouse. A pity.

Yes, but why are they set back so far? That would ruin the living room view. It would be less problematic if they were located near the front by the utility room.

Sorry, I wouldn’t build it like that. If you absolutely have to have a car parked on each side, then the maximum should be under an open carport further forward.

What is the purpose of the mysterious box between the living room and the long garage?
