the following offer from BU for a carport and storage room unit is available:

Carport and storage room unit with flat roof as follows:
- External dimensions of the carport overall 3.50 m x 6.00 m without side walls
- External dimensions of the storage room overall 3.50 m x 3.00 m including wooden side walls, one plastic door, one plastic window, extending the carport
- Partially attached to the house
- Earthworks according to the building specifications
- Carpentry-style craftsmanship
- Timber construction in structural glued laminated timber (KVH)
- Galvanized post bases in concrete foundation
- Ceiling boarding with chamfered boards
- Bitumen waterproofing on top
- Slope in the roof membrane
- Aluminum roof edge profile
- Wall connection to the residential building
- Drainage via gutter on the short side including downpipe
- One surface-mounted light fixture with switch in the storage room
- One surface-mounted socket outlet in the storage room
- Without paving work (to be carried out by the client)

Is this realistic?

Alternatively, there is also the following:
Without painter’s work on the carport and storage room. These will be done by the client
12,860.00 €.

I have not yet requested offers from other companies, I wanted to ask here first if anyone has experience with this? (It must be cost-effective/sustainable and not a cheap product.)
