Technical room: These are just placeholders for "technical equipment." It probably only contains the district heating connection point, the main utility connection, and the fuse box.
Bungalow: One family member has limited mobility.

Take a look around online: there are plenty of designs that might meet your expectations (whatever they may be).
Or simply wait and see what the architect comes up with for you.
It’s a bit pointless to discuss a very inconsistent sketch. Basically, very little is right here. A draft for the curved shelf. Some members here have the patience and have written quite a bit for you.
You, on the other hand, are very sparing with information, almost taciturn. That won’t get you anywhere. If you want an active discussion, you also have to contribute.
Maybe read through some discussions here first to get a sense of how things are usually done.
