ᐅ Finish board for bed Birkeland/IKEA, parts ordered from eBay not delivered

Dear Ikea experts,

I am a mother of two wonderful children...
After my husband essentially kicked us out, I had to set up our home again from scratch.
I bought the Birkeland bed through an online classifieds site.
The seller even delivered it to me.

He said he forgot the screws and promised to send them later.
I paid for the bed in full (screws can be replaced if needed).
Unfortunately, I have now noticed that the central support beam and the end panel that sits on top of the footboard were also missing (I didn’t realize this at first :rolleyes 🙂.

He keeps saying he will bring the parts, but nothing happens!
I haven’t received any of the missing pieces.
I also don’t have the money to buy a new bed, and apart from that, what will it look like if those wooden dowels are sticking out where the bed frame should be?

Is it possible to order these parts separately? Does anyone know, or did I really get stuck with a bed I can’t fully use in good condition...?

I would greatly appreciate any advice!!
