Hello,
we are currently converting a utility room and I now need to start planning the bathroom on the first floor, but I have no clue where to begin.
We are still quite flexible with the plumbing connections.

I would like to include a toilet, washbasin, shower, washing machine, dryer, and possibly a urinal in the toilet area.
Since the apartment doesn’t have a guest toilet, I was thinking about making it somewhat separate.

Unfortunately, I am completely out of ideas...

I hope someone here can help me a bit and together we can find a suitable solution.

The room looks like this:

Floor plan of an interior space with thick walls, door and window positions, area 14.8 m² (160 sq ft).

Something like this is the planning from a bathroom designer:

Floor plan of an interior layout with walls, doors, furniture, dimension markings and labels A–E.

Thanks

For whom? For how many people? For what purpose? How often?

Is there any connection at all, and if so, where?
Where is the soil pipe located?

Hello,
for 2 people as an apartment.
Connections are flexible and will all be newly installed, including the soil pipe.

Why are you enclosing the bathroom so much with drywall partitions? The washing machine and dryer don’t really need a separate room within the room. Also, as soon as you enter, you look directly at the urinal. From what I can see, your plan includes two sinks.

The bathroom planner designed it that way. I don’t really like it either, but as I said, I don’t have a better idea.
The wall next to the urinal would not be full height to the ceiling.

Yes, a small hand washbasin and a large one.

What is the sill height of the windows?
