It often happens that the drawer slides are not properly tightened. The screws of the slides should be secure but not overtightened, as this can easily bend the rail.
This can later cause the drawers to fail or open with difficulty. It is advisable to work carefully and regularly test the drawer function during assembly before final fastening.
I also recommend assembling a test piece with the same components before building the final drawer, to better understand the movements and fitting. This helps avoid mistakes in the finished furniture.

This is a very good suggestion that I fully support. I would add that the test piece should not only be used for trial assembly but also to carefully observe how the adjustment screws affect the fit.
When routing cables (for example, for built-in lighting, if used), it is also helpful to check the drawer movement without the fixed front panel.
