Maybe a few words from me about the windows. Let’s start with the brand. For me, it’s a no-go. Dru....tex windows are not impressive. Secondly, the price is significantly too high for this quality. There are better profiles at better prices.
However, the installation planning looks reasonable.

Thank you very much for your assessment!! Which profiles/companies would you recommend?

We have now received another offer, totaling €26,000 (including installation) for the same windows/doors, except the Dr**** windows include anthracite aluminum cladding on all windows!
The advantage of the Dr**** company is a three-week delivery time. The other company’s delivery time is 10–12 weeks. Is the higher price worth it for the shorter delivery time, or is it rather negligible?

Which profiles

I have had good experiences with Salamander, Schüco, and Veka. It doesn’t really matter who assembles the profiles; the final installation is what counts.

At the moment, I have just installed Salamander. Aluminum front door with side panel, profile color on the outside basalt, otherwise similar specifications to yours (must meet KFW 55 standard plus proper installation for the Blower Door test), front door plus 27 windows (including one tilt-and-slide door and one patio door, almost all windows have electric aluminum shutters, consistent RC2N hardware, window sizes range from 60cm x 60cm (24 x 24 inches) up to 320cm x 200cm (126 x 79 inches)). Total cost around €27,000 all inclusive (I’m handling the disposal of the old windows myself).

Wow, €27,000 sounds like a very good price. May I ask where you built and where you sourced your windows?

My current offer includes Gealan frames with electric plastic roller shutters, RC2N hardware, 1 lift-and-slide door, 3 patio doors, 12 windows (sizes: 98x150cm (39x59 inches) (3x), 270x150cm (106x59 inches) (3x), 178x150cm (70x59 inches) (2x), fixed elements (2x), and two awning windows 270x110cm (106x43 inches)) and an aluminum front door in RAL 7016 for €26,000! What do you think about this?

Construction site Lower Rhine region. The windows come from ADA Fenstertechnik in Remscheid.

No offer was more expensive than €35K, regardless of the profile (I think Schüco was about that price) – but always with plastic frames.

Gealan is my recommendation for non-white PVC windows because I consider the co-extrusion surface coloring to generally be the higher-quality alternative compared to foil lamination. In white, this product can, in my opinion, only properly compete with other good products, but in color, I find it superior because of this.

Okay, cool, thanks for the info! Do you happen to know how much more the Gealan Kubus frame would cost compared to the S9000?
