Thanks in advance
Best regards

We have a pretty good offer for the BlueEvolution 82I am not familiar with every window profile system in detail, but generally, I don’t know of any branded product that would require a warning. The overall quality of a window is influenced almost equally by the installation as by the quality of the profiles and their assembly. What is the basis for considering an offer as "pretty good"?https://www.instagram.com/11antgmxde/

Where does the assessment of an offer as "quite good" come from? From various offers by different window manufacturers/suppliers. The Salamander offer is about 13,000 Euro (approximately $14,000) cheaper than other received offers...
How about the fittings? The offer includes Maco fittings; are they any good?

What about the hardware? The offer includes Maco hardware—is it any good?I was not personally responsible for the hardware. But a brand wouldn’t risk its reputation by choosing a poor supplier. I’ve heard of the name and don’t recall any warnings about it. The price difference is significant, and you wouldn’t make it up just by retrofitting the hardware—so I would be relaxed about that.https://www.instagram.com/11antgmxde/

neubau201910 Dec 2019 09:08Thank you for your assessment; that already helps a lot.
Since the installation is just as important as the window itself, I have a question regarding this.
What should be considered? The company’s offer states "installation according to EnEV2019."
Does this mean they install according to the current regulations?

What should you pay attention to? To avoid the “mission accomplished, patient dead” scenario: some window sellers send subcontractors to install the windows, and they more or less slam the windows into the house. Afterwards the windows are installed, but the reveals look terrible, and excessive use of expanding foam has been celebrated. Proper installation starts with accurate measurements. This means that you can only derive a quotation from the plan and must wait with the order until the actual unfinished shell of the building is available.

Does that mean they install according to current guidelines? No, that’s just a marketing phrase. There is no Energy Saving Ordinance 2019; the currently valid Energy Saving Ordinance (2016) will be replaced by the Building Energy Act. To my knowledge, it is still in draft form, I don’t know the details yet – and I doubt that it will specify how windows should be installed. However, I can imagine that, based on the likely stricter requirements of the Building Energy Act compared to the current Energy Saving Ordinance, one can derive a position about the ideal installation plane: for example, within the insulation layer or, in the case of ETICS (external thermal insulation composite systems), how best to connect the windows to it.
My experience with window manufacturers was just before the currently valid Energy Saving Ordinance, and as a manager, I dealt not with installation but only with warranties and complaints. So I am still somewhat familiar with windows but not an expert from birth.
