Hello, I honestly can’t imagine that the staircase is to scale. I’m almost certain about the length, but I also have my doubts about the width.

I’m also wondering how this is supposed to work with a budget of 380k, sorry.

As it is often said: please include dimensions and furniture in the plans.

230 sqm (about 2,470 sq ft) of living space plus 46 sqm (about 495 sq ft) garage (apparently included within the thermal envelope) plus geothermal/solar/fireplace.
I’ll take a guess and say: Plan including garden/kitchen/buffer with 700k.

Not bad for someone in their early 20s to want to achieve. At that age, I was just happy to own a car, and it had cost 4,500 Deutsche Marks.

The money will come from somewhere, but I’m not going out on a limb and would say: increase the budget by around 200,000, then it could work. It seems the plot of land is already paid for.
