I am currently focusing a lot on kitchen planning.
I am considering an integrated automatic coffee machine.
Do you have one, and would you choose it again?
Can you recommend a specific model or share tips on what to look out for?
And the most important question: how is maintenance and cleaning handled?
For example, does it need to be removed once a year for servicing?

Fully automatic coffee machines require frequent cleaning; in other words, they need to be cleaned constantly, otherwise mold can develop. Therefore, I would not install one permanently.

I don’t see any real advantage in this either; moreover, it greatly limits your choice of appliances and is more expensive.

Hmm... alternatively, we are also considering a wine cooler. That might be more practical?

Oh dear. Not looking forward to that.

We have one and wouldn’t want to be without it anymore. Finally, no more ugly fully automatic machine cluttering up the countertop.

Of course, it needs to be cleaned and descaled regularly, just like any other coffee maker.

Modern kitchen with light wood cabinets, three built-in ovens, and a gray island with sink.
