We are going to cover our kitchen tiles with tile film. After a six-month durability test, the sample tile films held up very well even over a wooden stove.

Now, I am looking for a grout colorant in gray that adheres firmly and does not peel off after a few cleaning sessions.

My online research has not yielded any satisfactory results.

Could anyone recommend a kitchen-suitable, proven product?

A big thank you in advance for any tips.

True, why would anyone need a forum when they can just research on their own.

I thought you might have firsthand experience... my goodness

No, if that were the case, I would have mentioned it.

We have now decided on Grout Pen. It comes from England and is available on Amazon. It works very well and also looks good. I can't say anything about the durability yet, but according to the reviews, the color holds up very well, even in bathrooms.

Solution found!
We have now decided on the GroutPen.
It comes from England.
It is very easy to use and works perfectly.
- available in two different sizes
- dries very quickly
- clean application, no smudging
- various tip thicknesses available; it is advisable to buy replacement tips right away, as they do not last as long on rough surfaces compared to when the pen still contains color
- intense color
- good coverage
- even contains mold protection
- after cleaning with a steam cleaner after 2 days, no damage was observed
Available on Amazon or eBay.
Be sure to compare prices, as there are extreme price fluctuations.
