We are going to cover our kitchen tiles with tile film. After a six-month durability test, the sample tile films held up very well even over a wooden stove.

Now, I am looking for a grout colorant in gray that adheres firmly and does not peel off after a few cleaning sessions.

My online research has not yielded any satisfactory results.

Could anyone recommend a kitchen-suitable, proven product?

A big thank you in advance for any tips.

Use chalk paint from, for example, shabby-World.

There is also a Facebook group called Painting the passt or something similar. You can see how bathrooms and kitchens have been improved, including tiles and grout!

Maybe there is another company that is good as well, but for a first impression, it’s enough to take a look there.

There is nothing specifically for joints included here. But thank you for your effort.

Your reaction to a workable suggestion is unclear to me. You can also clean calcified toilets with Corega tabs, which are intended for a different use. Since you are already improvising (with films), why not try an experiment?

I have the same "problem," but in the bathroom, where chalk paint wouldn’t work because it would be constantly wet/washed away (shower backsplash), right?

Get information from the sources I refer to! Otherwise, there is also special tile paint available.
