Hello

We are currently in the final phase of our house construction. We have now realized that our window sills cannot be painted in the window color, or according to the architect, the paint will not hold.

The plan was to have window sills made of anodized aluminum. On closer inspection, I am no longer sure if they are actually made from this material. They look more like some kind of "stone."

What types of window sills are there?
How did you manage to get them in the right color?

Thank you very much for your feedback.

Hello,
We also had new window sills installed, and these are made of aluminum. They are colored and match well with the windows and our facade. These aluminum window sills are powder-coated and feel very solid.
Best regards

Aluminum window sills, I often see those on houses. They can be easily color-matched. My favorite is the granite window sill. In the kitchen interior, it can even be used as a countertop.
