Hello everyone,

I recently purchased two new Miele appliances, a washing machine and a dryer. I would like to connect the wastewater outlet of the heat pump dryer to the washing machine’s wastewater outlet using a Y-connector (only one recessed wastewater connection is available).

White plastic pipe elbow with gasket, mounted in front of shiny metal wall plate.

I have already tried the siphon connection, but unfortunately the gasket is on the outside, while I need it on the inside for the recessed drain. Can anyone tell me exactly what type of Y-connector I need to connect my dryer to the wastewater outlet as well?

Is there such a device available, or will I have to do some custom fitting?

Thank you very much!

I bought a distributor box like this one, also suitable for flush mounting, at MediaMarkt. It is available there in different versions. However, I can’t tell you whether it is sealed on the inside or outside, as I no longer live in the apartment.

Hello

The manufacturer of the built-in washing machine trap Dallmer offers a suitable component.
As already noted, it is sealed with an O-ring.

Try searching for Dallmer HL 400 double connection

or ask a professional plumber
