Plot No. 12 or No. 13

Relatively steep slope.

I share the same opinion as the previous speaker. I would also choose plot 12.

I am also leaning towards option 12, but due to the slope of the site, access will be from below.

The question is whether the 3-meter (10 feet) height difference to plot 13 is enough to prevent blocking the view (it can be a maximum of 7 meters (23 feet)).

What do you think?

The question is whether, given the size of the plot, it can be considered "visually obstructed."
Number 13 might build at the other end of the plot or in the middle.
