Relatively steep slope.

I think it’s difficult to judge this properly in my opinion… (without photos)
So, does that mean plot 13 would be higher than plot 12?
If the orientation of the plan is as shown in the site plan,
I would prefer plot 13 because of the south-facing side and the sloping terrain.
If I were the owner of plot 13, I would build according to the "design".
