I had to drill another box for my Home Assistant dashboard / Fire tablet.
Everything is finished now, and I have a question:
Which plaster should I use here to match the existing surface texture?

I would say that you should first fill the area. Then use a repair filler, which is usually applied. It is also quite fine in texture. However, you will notice this because you will be covering it with a different topcoat. Even if you use the same color, the difference is usually visible.
