ᐅ Where can I get this IKEA hanging rail shown in the YouTube video?

Soon I want to install an IKEA kitchen and found this video:

In the video, starting at 3:40, a hanging rail is used to mount the wall cabinets. According to my information, these rails are not available from IKEA Germany. Where can you buy these hanging rails?

Hmm, I’m curious about that as well. Is there really no way to order these things from Germany to Germany? That could almost be a business idea – importing Ikea hanging rails!

That may be true.
But for IKEA, it’s a cost-benefit calculation.
However, I don’t want to go into detail and over-discuss this here! 😉
(Including transport costs USA -> Europe, IKEA USA as a separate division, billing, goods exchange, etc.)
