We are more or less about to start building our house (or having it built).
Our trade partner for energy systems made a change to the ventilation system after we asked for a better offer during negotiations.
Initially, he had offered the Alpha InnoTec LG 317 TB with the DEWI-AIR 75 duct system, but now it is supposed to be the Vallox Controlled Residential Ventilation 090SC with heat recovery.
I can’t really assess the difference except for the following offered prices:
Alpha InnoTec LG 317 TB (€11,697 gross)
Vallox Controlled Residential Ventilation 090SC (€8,865 gross)
The price difference is understandable, but that isn’t everything, right? Could someone explain the differences or provide a recommendation/reasoning for one option or the other?
I look forward to any help or feedback and thank you in advance!
