Hello dear Ikea fans,
maybe someone can help me.
I am considering (even though it might seem a bit impractical at first) installing a built-in refrigerator into the VÄRDE base cabinet. Of course, the back panel would be left open.
Is this possible? Has anyone perhaps done this before?
I would appreciate any help.
Best regards,

Is the modification for the dishwasher, or is it a standard base cabinet? If it is the latter, you might want to consider getting a refrigerator designed for a compact kitchen.

Are you referring to the modification for the dishwasher, or is that the "standard" base cabinet? If it’s the latter, you would need to get a refrigerator from a kitchenette setup. That probably won’t make the problem any easier, since this refrigerator isn’t sold separately.
If that were the case, it would be simple—I would have recommended it already. Unless you look for a refrigerator from a different manufacturer, but the original poster has already tried that.
