allstar8324 Jan 2022 08:27At first quick glance, I believe there is still quite a bit of potential for savings here without it negatively affecting you.
The pantry could easily be designed as kitchen cabinets. If integrated there, additional options open up for the entrance area... Definitely about 1 meter (3 feet) of width can be saved if the shower and other elements are also adjusted a bit.
Having an exit from the kitchen onto the terrace is really great. At least we think so.

211 × 2500 €/sqm = ?
And the excavator hasn't even arrived yet, so no additional construction costs, no attic, no landscaping…
