We would like to do without a basement – is storage space sufficient?

The driveway is on the south side, and we would also plan the terrace in front of the house on the south side.

We would appreciate your opinions and tips for improvement!

If it’s smaller, start completely from scratch or better have it redesigned. Reducing a few centimeters (inches) here and there won’t help!

There are many floor plans available for your space requirements with approximately 160-170 sqm (1,720-1,830 sq ft). Have a look around. It is better to choose a reasonably suitable plan adjusted to the right size than to downsize one that is too large.

Why should it?
You won't come back with the revised floor plan in two weeks? Just post it here again and keep going…

I was just about to reply to you – but now I won’t :-(
The question is either extremely inconsiderate or you don’t understand how an internet forum works.

Even though the situation is already settled: I also see a garage costing in the mid five-figure range. Hopefully, that is planned as an extra expense in the budget, right?
