lasa64Hello everyone, I am looking for affordable lamps suitable for a gallery space, meaning they hang down from the first floor into the living room below.
I have attached a photo of a lamp style that I like. I would also appreciate any alternative ideas. Maybe you have suggestions or tips on where to find lamps like these! Thanks!

The wheat separates from the chaff when it comes to pendant lights and their suspension lengths:
The standard is about 200 cm (79 inches) including the fixture, with some exceptions ranging from 170 to 250 cm (67 to 98 inches) – beyond that, the options become noticeably limited...
I’m assuming a total room height of around 550 cm (217 inches).
How long should or can the suspension be?
Is there a dining table underneath?
For example, the Cini & Nils Assolo 70 sospesa is also a nice choice...

Hello, thank you!
No, there will be no dining table underneath. The lamp would extend into the middle of the living room.
We are not entirely sure about the drop, but we estimate that for a lamp with multiple bulbs (like in the picture), the lowest point should be around 3.50 m (11 ft 6 in). What would you recommend for a room height of 5.50 m (18 ft)?

Try googling paper chandeliers. You’ll find similar designs to the one in the picture but made from paper and with a different style.
