I keep having the problem that the paint finish on drywall turns out streaky. According to the execution plan, the walls have been primed. This is not the first coat. I want to paint the walls with STO dispersion paint. Unfortunately, despite all efforts, the result is still streaky. I paint wet-on-wet and always in straight strokes. I also always apply the last stroke in one direction. So it shouldn’t be a skill issue, as I have done this many times and the problems only occur with drywall.
Could it be due to missing primer? That’s the only explanation I can think of, or do you have any other tips? I’m all ears...
Thank you in advance.
