Well, with strong wind, the external venetian blinds tend to roll up. This is not very comfortable in the bedroom heating circuit.
We also chose roller shutters for the bedrooms. However, this was due to budget reasons and because they provide better blackout.

Well, it’s clear that they rise when it’s windy, but why this should generally be a problem in the bedroom I don’t quite understand. At least here, it’s usually dark at night, plus the bedroom is located on the upper floor and not visible from outside. Of course, if someone needs complete darkness at night while sleeping or in the morning, that can be an issue. I do understand that. Personally, I find it rather pleasant to wake up gently with sunlight on my face in the morning, instead of in a cave. But of course, that’s a matter of personal preference.

Okay, if you always necessarily need a dark bedroom FOR that, then the question of external blinds/shutters is probably the smaller problem [emoji12]
