The following item is included in my construction and scope of work description.
“Mineral lightweight base plaster, thickness approximately 1.5cm (0.6 inches), single-color, pastel-colored silicone resin finishing plaster applied as a flat coat over fabric reinforcement, grain size 2.0 mm (0.08 inches), color chosen by the client – color group 1; base area height approximately 30 cm (12 inches) with colored stone plaster on a synthetic resin base, color chosen by the client; galvanized or plastic-coated corner protection profiles; base finishing profile.”
What can be understood by the term “flat coat plaster over fabric reinforcement”?
Does this actually mean reinforcement of the entire building?
If so, when should this be applied? The base plaster has been on the house for almost three weeks now, and no fabric reinforcement was applied at all.
Best regards,
