- What is the power consumption of the transformer, especially in standby mode? Does it get warm?
- Am I correct in understanding that Omlopp can be simply plugged into a socket?
- Has Omlopp ever been available before in the Family Shop or elsewhere?

The transformer is available in 20W and 30W versions. Standby power consumption is 0.5W. (This information is also on the main page, where you can find more details if needed.) The transformer only uses the wattage required by the connected LEDs. With the remote control, you can set the LEDs to 30% or 100% brightness. So, power consumption can be calculated quite accurately.
Omlopp is powered via the Ansluta power cable directly from the socket; if you have multiple transformers, you connect them using an Ansluta connection cable.
Until now, Omlopp has not been offered nationwide in Germany; it is a relatively new product, available only since May 2014 at Ikea. However, it is possible that some individual stores had special offers.
